I started in this industry at 17 as an apprentice. By 19, I had launched my own company. People took a chance on me before I had a long resume, and that responsibility shaped everything about how we operate.
Twenty-six years, countless projects, and hard lessons later, the reason I got into this work has never changed. Keeping people safe is not just what we do. It is why we exist.
